Your guests enjoy their holiday. We make sure everything runs smoothly on the ground. Renting out a holiday home in the Dordogne involves a great deal of practical organisation. Every arrival and departure requires attention. The property must be clean and ready, the keys must be in the right place, and if something goes wrong during a guest's stay, they expect a solution. All of this can be challenging when you live hundreds of kilometres away. With Maison Maéva Dordogne's concierge services, we take care of part of the practical organisation for you. Thanks to our local presence, we help ensure that changeovers between guests run as smoothly as possible and that someone is available on-site when needed. This allows you to rent out your property without having to be constantly available yourself.

The time between one guest's departure and the next guest's arrival is often limited. Nevertheless, everything needs to be ready again. We help you organise and coordinate these changeovers so that your property is ready for the next arrival. Depending on the agreed services, this may include:

When Something Goes Wrong During a Guest's Stay

Problems rarely arise at a convenient time, and they certainly don't take a holiday in July and August! A guest cannot find something, an appliance isn't working properly or an unexpected practical issue arises. When you live far away, responding quickly or finding someone who can help on-site isn't always easy. Maison Maéva Dordogne acts as your local point of contact for the services agreed upon. We assess the situation, communicate with you when necessary and help find a suitable solution. If an on-site intervention is required, we discuss the appropriate next steps together and work out how best to organise them.

This means that neither you nor your guests are left alone when a problem arises during a stay.
