We (Kim and Caroline) bought our own dream home in the Dordogne in 2019, after spending many years holidaying in the region. We initially rented out the property as a holiday home for several years, until we took the plunge and moved to France permanently with our family.

During those years of renting, we experienced first-hand how difficult it can be to find a reliable partner when you live far away. (Or simply a company that answers the phone and keeps its promises!) Someone who carries out regular inspections, provides practical assistance and takes good care of your property. Maison Maéva Dordogne was born from that personal experience: we are the kind of service we ourselves missed and needed back then.
